How does appointment scheduling work?
Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive instructions (via email and inside your client dashboard) to complete your prep form and book your session time. It's super simple - like CEO vibes only.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
Absolutely! You're welcome to purchase additional sessions anytime. Whether you need a follow-up glow-up or want ongoing strategy support, you'll be able to dive in whenever you're ready.
What about payment, rescheduling, or no-shows?
Full payment is required upfront to reserve your session - we're treating your brand like the VIP it is. Need to reschedule? No problem, just give at least 24 hours notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations won't be refunded, because time is money babe - and we're building empires here.
