Poke a hole through the dots for the webbing width you are using. Draw through onto your fabric, then sew your webbing at the dots. I recommend using a chalk pen, like you use to write on glass.

The dots are spaced slightly narrower than the webbing width so they will be hidden when you sew your webbing. If you need a longer template, just tape multiple sheets together.
