You’ll enjoy knitting the simple and relaxing stitch patterns in Regéc. You’ll find garter stitch stripe in the body and simple lace pattern in the border. Regéc is a symmetrical triangular scarf made of a single skein of yarn. Knit down and out from the top center.
Yarn
One skein Malabrigo Sock (100 % Merino; 402 m / 440 yards per skein). Shown in colourway Polar Morn (SW009). Or approximately 402 m / 440 yards of similar Fingering/Sock weight yarn. Only one skein is needed for this project.
Needle
Size 4mm / US 6 circular needle, 100 cm / 40 inch long.

Gauge
20 stitches and 36 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in garter stitch stripe, after blocking.
Note: obtaining the gauge given is not crucial for a successful project but will affect the finished size and the yardage needed.
Finished measurements
Approximately 152 cm / 60 in (width) x 50 cm / 19.5 in (depth), after blocking.
