You will need
Main fabric for the doll, fabric for the dress, contrasting fabric for the hat and shoes, lightweight interfacing or thin batting where indicated, polyester stuffing, a small piece of elastic, matching thread, hand-sewing needle, sewing machine, scissors, pins/clips and your preferred materials for the facial details.
