WELCOME TO THE STRENGTH PROGRAM


Purpose

The 8-week, 3-day Strength Program builds on the hypertrophy phase, focusing on maximal force development, technical mastery, and progressive overload. Following a Lower / Upper / Full-Body split, this program improves strength potential and prepares athletes for sport-specific performance and power development.


Program Highlights

  • Split: 3 sessions per week (Lower, Upper, Full-Body)
  • Focus: Heavy compound lifts, progressive load, technical precision
  • Variables: Sets, reps, tempo, RPE, rest periods clearly defined
  • Progression: Gradual load increases to stimulate strength adaptations


Why It Works

  • Strength development improves force production and athletic capacity.
  • Prepares athletes for power and speed adaptations in the athlete program.
  • Retains hypertrophy and mobility work to balance development and reduce injury risk.


Transition

Once strength adaptations are established, athletes can progress into the Athlete Program (Conjugate Method) for performance-focused training integrating strength, power, and accessory work.
