A licence key switches Cycleclose™ - Process Tracker from "For evaluation only" to "Licensed to {your name}" — the organisation or personal name you give at checkout, exactly as you write it. The product is complete before you pay, and evaluating it is free for as long as you need. Continued commercial use is what the licence is for: when the planner is doing real work in your business, put your name on it. What it adds is yours:

• One key, both editions. The same key covers the Google Sheet and the Desktop App, on any number of devices. Re-enter it on a new machine any time — there are no activation counters and no limits.
• A year of updates. Every release published within one year of your purchase is included. When the year ends, nothing stops: everything you have keeps working, for good. A renewal adding another year of updates will be available from this shop.
• A year of email support, same window, at support@cycleclose.com.
• Nothing phones home. The key is verified inside the product itself, offline. No account, no sign-in, no server between you and your planning.

Your key arrives by email within a minute of purchase, as a code you paste into Settings. Lost keys are re-sent any time at cycleclose.com/resend.

At checkout you'll be asked one question — "Licence to…" Write the name exactly as you want it to appear: your organisation, or yourself.
