A heartwarming bedtime story for children that teaches young readers (age 5-10) about self-acceptance, the value of being different, and personal growth through obstacle mitigation.
Excert on the Story:
In the depths of Misty Mountain Valley, concealed by silver mist and peaked with burning volcanoes, far-off in a mystical land called Skyflame Highlands.
And there, beneath hot suns and slivery moons, there were dragons fat and lean, long and short, red and blue dragons that flew, and when not flying, practiced the art of breathing fire. One of them was a little dragon by the name of Sage. It was golden flecked with jewels and rubbed Sage scales that glittered like precious stones.
Sage, the youngest dragon in his fire-breathing class, dreams and hopes and wishes for a friend his size to play with on the adventures they shared. With just two days of the Dragon School’s fabulous year left he was determined to make the most of every second.
