(Adapted from the classic story in "One Thousand and One Nights")

The classic tale of "Alibaba and the Forty Thieves" tells of two brothers in ancient Persia: the wealthy Cassim and the poor woodcutter Alibaba. While in the forest, Alibaba discovers a secret cave, the hideout of forty notorious robbers, which opens with the magical phrase "Open, Sesame!" He enters and takes some treasure, transforming his family's fortunes. His greedy brother, Cassim, learns of the cave but forgets the magic words, leading to his demise at the hands of the returning robbers. Alibaba, with the help of his clever maid Morgiana, manages to retrieve Cassim's body and outwit the vengeful robbers multiple times, ultimately defeating their chief. In gratitude, Alibaba marries Morgiana to his nephew and shares the cave's vast riches with the city's poor.
