Now begin to call in energy from the earth — feel it rising up and flowing into the front of your body, gently filling your legs, pelvis, belly, and heart.

As this energy reaches the upper chest and crown, it overflows — arcing over your head and down your back to your feet. There, it meets the Earth’s energy grid again and surges upward in a radiant spiral.

This upward current fills your entire being — flowing out through the top of your head and through both arms and palms. Feel your whole energetic system expand and glow.

Let the energy pour outward beyond the skin — filling every layer of your field, reaching to the edge of everything. It flows back in through the axis point where your spine meets your arms (the brachial plexus) — reconnecting the loop.

The overflow continues — out through your head, palms, and spine — until your entire system is radiant, connected, and fully alive.





🌿 Elemental Merge

Now, as your energy flows freely, call in the presence of all natural elements around you — air, fire, water, earth, ether.

Feel their vibration lock in with your own field — a sacred exchange. Let your body become the meeting place of the universe.

With clear intention, affirm that this elemental connection continues to deepen, layer by layer, breath by breath.


🧘‍♀️ Form Alignment

  • Gently lift through the crown to elongate your spine.


  • Keep shoulders relaxed, heart open.


  • Let your pelvis rest in neutral — untucked, grounded.


  • Sway softly side-to-side, then front-to-back, to find your natural center.


Imagine your body like a vertical spring — energy moves evenly up and down as you press and release, finding a sweet balance between power and ease.


🌊 Wave Activation

Initiate a subtle wave through your spine — either from hips to head or head to hips. Let it be soft, internal, and fluid.

Allow this wave to stretch from the energy center above your crown to the center far beneath your feet.

Feel it originate from your inner energetic core, not just muscles.

As you move, imagine an energetic cushion enveloping your body — glowing, responsive, and protective.

It amplifies your every motion with grace and intention.
