Cancelling and refunds.
You may cancel for any reason from the moment you order until fourteen days after your copy arrives, by emailing info@eternaltales.ie. If you cancel before your copy is posted, we refund the full £39.99 at once. If it has arrived, send it back within fourteen days of telling us, in a way you can track, and we refund the full £39.99 within fourteen days of its return. Return postage is yours to pay unless the book arrived damaged, in which case tell us with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you, and we will not usually ask for it back. The digital edition is delivered the moment your order completes and has no separate price. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to that immediate delivery and accept that your right to cancel the digital edition ends when it is delivered. If your hardback comes back to us, the digital edition came with it, so please delete your download. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
