This program consists of a 3 day per week split, in Giant Set format. The focus here is strength progression in the A series, and then high volume (4 exercises back to back) and minimal rest through the B series.
This is an awesome program to utilise in either a muscle gain or fat loss phase of training, and offers a different approach that will be sure to give you variety in your training!
If you want to train more than 3 days per week, you can run it upper/lower/full body/rest/upper/lower/rest.
