About the Project

Rubber EUDR, Traceability & Digital Supply Chain is an enterprise-level strategic initiative designed to support the transformation of Thailand's natural rubber industry into a transparent, traceable, sustainable, and digitally connected global supply chain.

The project focuses on helping rubber cooperatives, farmers, processors, exporters, manufacturers, and international buyers prepare for the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), strengthen supply chain transparency, and develop new commercial opportunities.

By integrating geolocation data, digital traceability, ESG management, supply chain intelligence, and international trade connectivity, the initiative aims to improve market readiness and competitiveness across Thailand's natural rubber value chain.

Strategic Objectives

1. EUDR Readiness: Support the collection, verification, and management of information needed for EUDR due diligence.

2. Farm-to-Market Traceability: Connect rubber farms, cooperatives, processors, logistics providers, exporters, and international buyers.

3. Digital Supply Chain: Develop digital records, dashboards, QR-based product identification, and interoperable data management.

4. ESG & Sustainability: Support responsible sourcing, environmental transparency, and sustainable production practices.

5. Trade & Investment: Create opportunities for international trade, investment, technology partnerships, and business matching.

6. Cooperative Digital Transformation: Strengthen cooperative capabilities through digital tools, training, and operational management.
