5 days of training a week
Jog for at least 10 mins without stopping
Conduct 30 pushups in 2 mins (with breaks)
Walk for 13km with 30kg back pack
Must have sound knowledge in most movements/exercises conducted in a gym environment
Access to a Gym or weight lifting equipment preferred but not required
Access to gym equipment
Military style pack or hiking pack
Cargo pants (cams)
Military or hiking boots
