Inner Child Healing Meditation

Sometimes we lose ourselves through trauma, heartache loss, and the curveballs of life

So I was guided to create this inner child relation guided script, this guided meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner child, and inner teenage self.

It involves visualising yourself as a child again, as a teenager again, nurturing them, nourishing them, giving them love, compassion & understanding.

This focuses on acknowledging your past, releasing past pain & trauma, and allowing yourself to feel all the emotions, to allow the thoughts to come through, and then giving them unconditional love, light and healing.
