Video Class #8: Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana/Caliber of Life Meditation
This 60-minute class includes a 6-exercise kriya to build the core/third chakra and open the heart. The first five exercises of the kriya are more dynamic. The sixth exercise has several parts and is more meditative with energy work. The class ends with a 3-minute meditation to cultivate caliber. Mixed Set. All sets are appropriate for all levels.
