Course curriculum

This 12-week climbing training program follows a structured, periodized approach designed to progressively build strength, power, and endurance for climbers of all levels. Each phase targets specific athletic qualities through carefully prescribed sets, reps, rest intervals, and—most critically—defined training intensities to ensure optimal adaptation. The program is divided into three progressive blocks: Foundation (weeks 1–4), Strength & Power (weeks 5–7), Pure Power training (week 8), and Power-Endurance Training & Red-Pointing (weeks 9-12), followed by a Performance Period of up to 3 weeks.

Athletes will engage in hangboard protocols, climbing-specific strength training, movement drills, and conditioning, with load and intensity scaling systematically to avoid plateaus and minimize injury risk. This curriculum equips climbers with both the physical capacity and technical awareness to perform at their highest level.
