2.1 Admiral avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only yourself.

2.2 Admiral avatars are meant for VRChat but can be used on other platforms.

2.3 Users are not permitted to share/resell/price split/ or upload Admiral avatars public to VRChat.

2.4 Users are not permitted to claim Admiral avatars as your own, even edited.

2.5 User are not permitted to obtain or take assets off Admiral avatars.

ㅤ❣ㅤUsers must obtain these assets from the credited creator.

ㅤ❣ㅤIf an asset on a Admiral avatar is custom or not available for external purchase, users are not permitted to take it from the avatar.

2.6 Users are not permitted to rip/take Admiral’s head and body sculpt edits for personal or commercial use/re-use.

ㅤ❣ㅤBody/Head meshes on Admiral avatars are not permitted to be changed/edited - The mesh is as is.

2.7 Admiral products cannot be used in the involvement of lolis or children suggested or NFT's.

2.8 Admiral avatars are only permitted to be uploaded to ONE account, if you wish to upload to an alternate account, please open a ticket.

2.9 Admiral avatars are not to be recreated - no matter how old.

2.10 User is not permitted to share/leak files.

3.1 If users are to use a Admiral avatar on any streaming platform, a link to this store OR avatar used must be included in stream information.

3.2 Crediting is required if there is any financial gain while using a Admiral avatar.

You are permitted to edit avatars provided by Admiral as you please within the listed limits:

ㅤ❣ㅤThe edit is for personal use.

ㅤ❣ㅤYou cannot remove Admiral's name/any logos from the fbx or menu.

ㅤ❣ㅤThe edit is only for you and uploaded private to VRChat.

4.1 Edits made public will be reported and you can be banned from the server and store without warning.

4.2 Users must credit an edit of "Name" model by Admiral.

4.3 Users cannot change the body/head sculpts.

ㅤ❣ㅤHead swaps not permitted.

4.4 Users are not allowed to strip the avatar completely. To remain recognizable as the original Admiral avatar, you must keep 2-3 original meshes of your choice - excluding the body (since it does not count) and any meshes merged with the body or head.

ㅤ❣ㅤSimply stripping the avatar down to just the head or body will be considered ripping and will result in an immediate ban—warnings will not be issued.

Please note that edits to the Admiral head or body are not permitted for commercial or personal reuse.

5.1 User must put the receiver’s email at the very top of checkout.

5.2 User must put both the receiver’s information AND buyers information at checkout.

5.3 When gifting a Admiral avatar, the receiver is the only holder of the license.

5.4 Gifting Admiral avatars to individuals who are banned or blocked from Admiral´s Discord server and/or website is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such actions will result in the user being banned.
