Dr. Amen's book, Memory Rescue may be the most important book of this decade.
It is refreshing and empowering to read a book that defies dogma and presents clearly the simple choices in nutrition, exercise and habits that provide hope for healing our brains and improving our health and happiness for the future. It is well worth reading, and worth giving to anyone you care about who fears mental and physical health issues.
I have personally read this book I am really enjoying doing more to help my brain. I have always been pretty much of a “health nut”, keeping my body in good shape and as healthy as possible. Dr. Amen’s book is helping me to tweak it even more. I am 29 years old and I hear 40-year-old people complaining of aches and pains that I still don’t have. I am looking forward to about 20 more years of dancing!
