3 - Thais SLWC (Chapter 1)
Geschichte
Thais hatte gerade einen Vortrag auf einem Messestand gehalten. Als sie in ihren High Heels die Treppe von der Bühne hinunterging, rutschte sie auf der letzten Stufe aus und verstauchte sich den Knöchel.
Im Krankenhaus erfuhr sie, dass es sich um eine Verstauchung zweiten Grades handelte und dass sie mindestens 30 Tage lang einen Gips tragen müsse. Während der Gips angelegt wurde, erzählte sie, dass es früher in der Schulzeit ihr Traum gewesen sei, einen Gips zu haben, um darauf Unterschriften zu sammeln.
Als der Gips fertig war, bat sie den Arzt, ein Foto von dem kleinen „Absatz“ des Gipses zu machen, und schickte es anschließend in die WhatsApp-Gruppe ihrer Freundinnen mit der Nachricht: „Mädels, ihr werdet es nicht glauben: Mein Gips sieht aus wie ein High Heel! Wenigstens bin ich schick, hahaha.“
Story
Thais had just finished giving a lecture at a trade show booth. As she was coming down the stairs from the stage in her high heels, she slipped on the last step and twisted her ankle.
At the hospital, she found out it was a grade 2 sprain and that she would need to wear a cast for at least 30 days. While the cast was being applied, she commented that back in school, her dream had been to have a cast so she could collect signatures on it.
Once the cast was on, she asked the doctor to take a picture of its little “heel” and then sent the photo to her friends’ WhatsApp group with the message: “Girls, you won’t believe this: My cast looks like a high heel! At least i’m fancy, hahaha.”
