New York Buildings – Asset License

Version 1.0

This license applies to the New York Buildings Pack, which includes two fully editable building models.

License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets included in the New York Buildings Pack in Roblox projects for personal or commercial use.

You may:

• Use the assets in one or more Roblox experiences
• Modify the assets for use within your own projects
• Publish games containing the assets on Roblox

Restrictions

You may not:

• Claim the assets as your own work
• Sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the assets in any form
• Upload the assets to asset marketplaces, stores, or repositories
• Include the assets in other paid or free asset packs

Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of the creator.

This license does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Enforcement

Violations of this license, including unauthorized redistribution or resale, will result in DMCA takedowns and further legal action if necessary.
