This service is designed to support healthcare professionals who have been invited to interview for NHS roles and would like structured preparation and practice before their interview.
The session includes detailed guidance on how NHS interviews are structured, what interview panels are looking for, and how to confidently answer common NHS interview questions using examples from your clinical experience.
During the mock interview session, we will go through realistic interview questions commonly asked for NHS roles and practise structuring strong answers aligned with NHS values and competencies. You will also receive personalised feedback to help improve your answers, communication style, and confidence during interviews.
This session is suitable for candidates applying for roles such as:
• Registered Nurse
• Healthcare Assistant
• Internationally trained nurses
• Doctors and other healthcare professionals applying for NHS roles
• Candidates preparing for NHS Trust interviews
