Combine with the upper-body program to create your own upper/lower body split and work out 4 or 6 times/week depending on your level and experience!

Examples on what your split can look like:

4 times/week: For intermediates (and some beginners)

Mon: Upper-body (1)

Tues: Leg day (1)

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper-body (2)

Fri: Leg day (2)

Sat: Rest

Sun: Rest, or start over again :-)


6 times/week: For intermediate and advanced lifters

Mon: Upper-body (1)

Tues: Leg day (1)

Wed: Upper-body (2)

Thur: Leg day (2)

Fri: Upper-body (3)

Sat: Leg day (3)

Sun: Rest
