HOW PERSONALISATION WORKS

You edit the first-name fields yourself on the PDF cover, welcome page and certificate. Each field is separate and supports up to 20 characters. Save your own copy and check print preview. No need to send the child's name or photo to MindStack.

TWO PHOTO OPTIONS

Print PDF page 3 and paste a printed photo inside its frame.

Use the optional Word cover to insert a photo before printing. Print this cover instead of PDF page 1.

The PDF does not contain a digital photo-upload feature.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Digital download only; no physical book, printing supplies or personalised service.

Intended for children ages 5-8 with adult help where needed.

PDF name fields require a form-capable PDF app. No paid Adobe subscription is needed for basic form filling.

The Word cover requires a compatible document-editing app. App behaviour can vary; not every phone app supports the same editing features.

Only designated PDF name fields are editable; activity artwork is not an editable design template. The Word document is an ordinary editable cover.

A4 and US Letter are alternative sizes of the same content.

Print on matching paper at 100% / Actual Size, check preview, and arrange the pages.

A grown-up should help with scissors and stapling.

Personal / household use only. Do not resell or redistribute the digital files.

Download Etsy purchases using its website in a mobile or computer browser, not the Etsy app.
