Thanks for using nezzobeats Loops!

1. You must ALWAYS credit (Prod. ___ x nezzobeats)

2. If selling a beat through BeatStars and/or any commercial use which uses the

loop(s)/sample(s) in this pack, you must split Sales and Publishing percentages 50/50

with yourself and nezzobeats.

3. Any placements with major artists and/or record labels must be cleared with

nezzobeats first

4. If any placement receives earnings on any profitable streaming platform (Spotify,

Apple music, YouTube etc.) All available royalties must be split between yourself and

nezzobeats. (50/50)

5. Not giving proper credit as explained above is a violation of these Terms. In the event

of such a situation, nezzobeats reserves the right to:

Revoke or terminate the granted license with immediate eUect.

Request the removal of the aUected content from all platforms.

Claim retroactive royalties or compensation for any period during which proper

credit was not provided; and/or

Pursue legal remedies where applicable.
