Main Twixtor, Fast Twixtor, Fast to Slow Twixtor
Twixtor plugin is required for this to work, adjust the frame rate on the preset to match the frame rate of whatever you're editing for the smoothest results. Add the twixtor to a clip that has already been precomposed.
