If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Because this is a one-on-one consultation reserved specifically for you, purchases are non-refundable. Your consultation includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.
How do I schedule my consultation?
After purchasing, you’ll receive access to the Ask Coni consultation area where you can choose an available date and time. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link.
Can I schedule another consultation later?
Yes. If another situation comes up or you’d like to continue our conversation, you’re welcome to purchase another Ask Coni consultation.
