Here is the free pattern of one of my favorite characters on Duolingo...Oscar
✂️Hair: Use a bulky yarn that is loosely twisted, such that you can separate the strands. Cut the yarn into pieces equal to double the length of the hair. You can choose it longer and cut it later with scissors. Fold the piece and draw it through the stitches of the head with your hook. Tie the two sides of the yarn together. Attach all the pieces in the same way. Separate the strands. You can brush it with a slicker brush (or any wire brush) to make it fluffy. Cut the hair and shape it.
✂️Mustache: Use a bulky yarn and make it fluffy with a brush, shape it and sew it below the nose.
You can stick a magnet on the back of it, and I'm sure it will bring you a smile when you see it on your fridge.😊
