CNC Wave Threading Macro (G-code) (No Software needed)

For high volume production this threading Macro will solve problems with long chips and chip build-up .The purpose of the Macro(G-code) is primarily to break the chips during machining operation to prevent long chips "jamming" around tool components.

The Macro(G-code) will mimic a "wave form" resulting in interrupted cuts that go in and out of the cut on all passes . As soon as the normal thread operation is run after these passes, the repeated interrupted cuts will break chips into smaller strings and prevent chips jamming.

Only alter the variables namely:

1=Diameter

2=Pitch

3=Length of Thread

The Macro will do the rest, no long hand G-codes and no software needed!!!!!The file is in NC mode so ready to transfer to your CNC Lathe
