Star City is more than a skyline to me — it’s personal. When I step into the night as Black Canary, I’m not playing a hero. I’m choosing to be one.

My Canary Cry isn’t just power. It’s my refusal to let this city fall. It’s every ounce of strength I’ve built, every bruise I’ve earned, every lesson that made me tougher. When I open my mouth and let that sound rip through the darkness, it carries my name with it. Samantha. Not a sidekick. Not a shadow. A force.
