Bayshore & Drumlin Scarves (PDF Knitting Pattern)
Bayshore and Drumlin is a set of two scarves using yarns iconic in Canadian knitting history:
Drumlin (shown in red) requires a little more focus in knitting; the carefully planned increases and decreases of this ribbed pattern create a sumptuously thick and totally reversible scarf with soft undulating edges.
Stitch patterns are both written out and charted.
Bayshore (shown in blue) is a very quick-knit pattern, utilizing a moss stitch border and a wonderful diagonal knit/purl rib design. Very, very easy and a great introductory pattern. This pattern creates a scarf with 2 public sides which are different yet eminently pleasing.
