Hello everybody! My name is Harry Stel and I created this workbook in order to help others suffering and recovering from restrictive eating disorders. It aims to help build strategies that will be helpful in your long-term recovery. Now I’d like to set a little disclaimer. This is not an e-book that will suddenly recover you from your eating disorder after reading. I’m aiming for this to aid you in your recovery, and assist you in challenging your eating disorders fears and to work towards feeling free around food. I am not trained in eating disorders, and always recommend to see a trained eating disorder therapist in your recovery.

- Day Two focuses on identifying your fear foods and exploring the reasonings behind the fears.

- Day Three is all about facing your fear foods and overcoming your fears.
'BEFORE YOUR ED'
- Day Four is focused on bringing alight lost emotions and feelings and even writing a letter to your pre-eating disorder self.
'CHALLENGE YOURSELF OUTSIDE OF FOOD'
- Day Five is all about challenging yourself in aspects outside of food and recovery.
