• Avatars + Assets sold by Shuucheri can be used for Streaming purposes with proper credit.
• Assets sold by Shuucheri are to be used exclusively on COMPLETED avatars for commercial and personal with proper credit.
• Assets sold by Shuucheri cannot be used on Free or Public models.
• If used on a commission, both the Creator AND the Client must own a valid licence for any Shuucheri products used.
• Avatars sold by Shuucheri are only for use within VRCHAT.
• Asset farming Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Re-selling and Re-distributing Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Price splitting/sharing with friends/trading/leaking Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Avatars sold by Shuucheri are prohibited to be exported out of Unity. Editing is allowed strictly within unity. You are purchasing a COMPLETED PRODUCT (The VRC Ready unity file) and therefore cannot under any circumstance Access the avatars FBX outside of Unity.

• By buying Shuucheri products you are agreeing to being over the age of 18.
• By purchasing a product, you are agreeing you have submitted ONE PERSONS information, Whether that be yours or the person recieving the gift. Inaccurate or mixed information may result in a blacklist or withdrawal of products.
• Shuucheri and Shuucheri staff are not responsible for teaching you how to use a product.
• By purchasing you are acknowledging that you have the adequate knowledge of Blender And/or Unity to use it.

Shuucheri is not responsible for updating their products should they be damaged or faulty due to software updates. Should errors occur, products will be removed from sale as soon as they are recognised as damaged.
