Release the Kraken Full Pattern

We’re so excited to share a nautical themed quilt - Release the Kraken! We designed this quilt to celebrate our love of the sea, sailing, starry skies and mythical creatures. We’ve combined our loves of foundation paper piecing and traditional patchwork to weave a story of sailors, mermaids and really large tentacled beasts. We hope you love this quilt as much as we do.

This is a large file, due to there being a number of patterns and templates included. Instructions are included to make the full quilt, as well as fabric requirements and all templates needed.

There are two files included in your download - one is for Letter size paper (North America) and the other for A4 size paper (rest of the world). Make sure you print off the pattern that is sized correctly for your printer paper size.


Foundation piecing instructions are not included.
Full templates and assembly instructions are included. You will need to print the templates at "Full size" or "No scaling".
