Terms of Service (ToS) – FFXIV Mod Commissions

1. General Information

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before ordering.

All mods created are intended for personal use only within Final Fantasy XIV and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Square Enix.

2. Commission Scope

• I create custom in-game mods for FFXIV including (but not limited to):
• Custom Weapons
• Body/texture edits
• Custom Ears / Horns / Tails
• Accessories
• Clothing Ports
• Minor model adjustments
• VFX Edits and VFX color overhauls
• I do not guarantee compatibility with all bodies, races, or future game updates unless stated. Which means make the request for specific races, and I will quote based on that.
• Complex requests may be declined at my discretion.
• If you are requesting a port, please provide all files. If I have to find them or pay for them myself it may entail an additional fee if difficult to locate.

3. Payment

• Payment is not provided until work is proven finished unless it is a complex request.
• Accepted payment methods: Payhip, Cashapp, Paypal
• Prices vary based on complexity and time required.
• Work will not be provided until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds once work has been provided and agreed on finished.
• If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on progress if there was half taken due to project complexity.
• Chargebacks will result in a blacklist from future commissions.

5. Revisions

• Minor revisions are included (e.g., small color or texture adjustments).
• Major revisions (large redesigns or changes after approval) may require additional fees.
• Once final files are delivered, only minor fixes may be provided or if there are CLEAR ISSUES of something I may have missed, I will fix it with no issue.

6. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround time will be provided upon agreement.
• Delays may occur due to complexity, real-life obligations, or queue volume.
• You will be updated if delays exceed the estimated timeframe.

7. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide clear references and instructions.
• I am not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by vague or incomplete descriptions.
• You are responsible for knowing how to install and use mods.

8. Usage Rights

• Commissions are for personal use only.
• You may:
• Use the mod in-game
• Share screenshots
• You may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the files
• Claim the work as your own
• Use the mod for commercial purposes

9. Modding Disclaimer

• Mods are against the official Terms of Service of Final Fantasy XIV.
• By commissioning, you acknowledge:
• You use mods at your own risk
• I am not responsible for any account penalties, bans, or issues

10. Delivery

• Final files will be delivered via Google Drive, Discord, and Email if desired.
• It is your responsibility to download and save files after delivery.

11. Communication

• Communication will take place via Discord, or Email.
• Respectful behavior is required. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in cancellation without refund or continuation of work.

12. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason, including:

• Inappropriate or illegal content
• Unrealistic expectations
• Poor communication

13. Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms of Service
• You understand the risks associated with modding Final Fantasy XIV
• You agree to respect all usage and payment policies
