About Aleyna "Lele" Jones

As a holistic health coach + private yoga instructor based in Downtown San Diego, I thrive by showing my clients their wellness is worth it. 


After hosting a Los Angeles-based outdoor yoga class for women in 2017, I realized the wellness community was missing a private yoga instructor and holistic health coach. A Sacramento native, I decided that I needed to start my goals in her my new hometown of San Diego. 


I moved to San Diego in early 2018 to reach my community locally and quickly redirected my mission to teach health coaching programs, yoga classes, and nutrition workshops both in-person and online.

What does my investment include?

(12) virtual 50-minute health coaching sessions, (1) nutrition plan, (1) free copy of the WWL Method ebook, (1) 60-minute private yoga video, unlimited text support (M-F 9am-5pm), (1) pantry cleanout, (1) supermarket/farmer's market tour, + full access to a certified health coach.


How does it work?

Each session is customized to meet your bio-individual needs based on my WWL Method -- with each month dedicated to a specific method of my methodology.


  • Month 1 is dedicated to Pillar 1: self-love
  • Month 2 is dedicated to Pillar 2: hormonal health
  • Month 3 is dedicated to Pillar 3: community support
  • Month 4 is dedicated to Pillar 4: spiritual empowerment
  • Month 5 is dedicated to Pillar 5: nutritional health
  • Month 6 is dedicated to Pillar 6: financial freedom

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Please in get in touch at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. I do my best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
