• Design Drafts: 3 initial drafts or concepts will be provided
• Revision Limits: 5 revisions will included in the quoted price, 5$ for additional revisions.

- **Rights and Usage:**

You are not allowed to make your upload public.

You are not allowed to give out the package, model, or any parts from the model.

Users using this model without purchasing will be considered as infringement act.

- **Cancellation Policy:**

At Effy Creations, we understand that circumstances can change, leading to the need to cancel a project. While we always strive to accommodate our clients' needs, we also recognize the importance of clear policies to manage expectations and maintain the integrity of our business operations.

• Right to Cancel: Effy Creations reserves the right to cancel any project at any stage of its development, for any reason, without providing detailed explanations.

• Notification: Should a cancellation on our part occur, clients will be notified as soon as possible via their preferred method of contact.

• No Refund Policy: Please be aware that Effy Creations operates under a no refund policy. As such, if a project is cancelled by us, any deposits or payments made up to the point of cancellation will not be refunded.

• Portfolio Rights: Effy Creations retains the right to use any drafts, designs, or work created up to the point of cancellation for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
