About this workbook
This free workbook helps you to recognise the signs of stress, some of the actions you can take to manage stress and then introduces you to self-hypnosis with instructions on how to use this powerful tool to help manage your stress.
Note before you learn to manage stress, you need to know the symptoms. It’s also important to remember that all these symptoms can be indicators of other health issues, so it’s important you speak to your GP/Nurse Practitioner to rule out anything else. Don’t just assume the symptoms you have are related to stress.
Hypnosis is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, psychosis or if you have had a heart problem that requires treatment within the next 12 months. Always check with your GP/Nurse Practitioner if you have any other health condition that may not be suitable for hypnotherapy.
