How to use it
Print the pages at 100% / actual size on A4 paper. Some pages can be printed repeatedly as your child’s needs change. For cut-out hearts, cards and love notes, thicker paper or card may be helpful.
Use the activities slowly and gently. You do not need to complete everything at once. Choose one page or idea that feels manageable and build from there.
