Basics 101 Course
Short video going through some of the basics in Wado Ryu Karate.
Meant for, but not restricted to, exercises to be practiced at home, requiring minimal space so one can still practice no matter the circumstances.
Starting from the 4 types of blocks, the 3 main kicks, and a few applications towards the end of the video.
Goal being having a set day or two, thought the week where the student will challenge themselves to earnestly do 100 of each of the techniques presented!
In the beginning the quantity can be lesser, for example 50 each, as the body starts becoming accustomed then the goal will be the 100 each.
