This is the full version where I share my story, but also go in depth about my weight gain and weight loss (histamine sensitivity, candida, intestinal worms), my acne and other skin problems, how I recovered from my eating disorder, and the practice of self-love.
It also contains the same (high carb) vegan introduction as the free version does, with an additional food chapter with the plant based wholefoods I eat, along tips about being plant based on a budget, and so much more.
This version also contains a lifestyle chapter where I share my experiences with exercise, simplicity and minimalism, meditation, toxicity and eco tips, as well as purpose.
Simply put, this full version is jam packed with everything I learned during my journey, a journey that has affected and changed all aspects of my life, and not just the way I eat.
