If you lost a parent who was your greatest support, your foundation, you might feel lost in ways you never expected. Empty. Lonely. Grieving their love and comfort. Grieving a sense of home. You may also carry lots oof regret or guilt.
If you lost a parent who was distant, critical, or emotionally unavailable, you may feel resentment, anger, confusion, relief, and grief for the home and love you deserved but never had.
It can also be very mixed - sometimes all at once.
I understand this journey deeply. I’ve experienced many losses myself, including my mom, and have guided thousands of people through grief.
I've learnt that the pain and challenges after the loss are universal, yet unique for everyone. And there are ways to support yourself.
This is why I created this course. It is not just about knowledge - it’s a guided, practical journey to explore, honor, and actively cope with your grief.

On this journey, you will:
- Practice simple daily steps to feel more at peace.
- Build your toolbox to manage grief waves and discover ways to cope in daily life.
- Explore how loss may affect your life, your identity and relationships, even years later.
- Discover what’s happening in your body and mind during grief and why you feel what you feel.
- Reflect on your relationship with your parent and how it influences your grief.
- Explore emotions like guilt, anger, regret, relief, loneliness, numbness, disorientation, and other, and identify the deeper needs behind them.
- Identify primary and secondary losses and explore their ripple effects in your life.
- Work through unfinished conversations and “what-ifs” to find peace and relief.
- Find your ways to stay connected, find closure, and let go
- and much more
What you learn goes beyond grief and gives you tools you can rely on throughout life.
