- Your deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable (transferrable to another participant if needed).
- In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organiser (e.g., due to travel restrictions, safety concerns, or minimum participant requirements not being met), all payments excluding the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you need to cancel your participation, payments are non-refundable but transferable to another participant approved by the organiser.
Insulation Policy:
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
