Your dog will come stay with me for a 21-date immersive program built on daily structure, guided repetition, and thoughtful patterning. My home is designed specifically as a teaching space — every routine, boundary, and rhythm is intentional.
Throughout their stay, your dog will experience a clear, consistent environment that supports emotional regulation, impulse composure, and cooperative behavior. They’ll learn when to rest, when to engage, and how to exist mindfully in a shared space — all at a pace that respects who they are and what they’re ready for. Teaching happens all day, every day — not through pressure, but through consistent patterns that allow the dog to learn by doing.
Why 21 Enrollment Dates?
Dogs need time to settle, build trust, and absorb the new enviroment and routines. The first few dates are for decompression. The rest are for layering learning through calm repetition. Each date is a full commitment. Whether your dog is here for one hour or twenty-four, that date is dedicated to their care, learning, and integration into the structure I’ve created. I pace the program to meet the dog where they’re at — physically, mentally, and emotionally — While balancing the needs of my own household, as your dog becomes intergrated in to my home cluture, and family.
Tuition
• Minimum Enrollment: 21 structured dates
• Standard Rate: $200 per date
• Current Rate: $150 per date = $3,150 total
Payment is due in full before your dog’s start date. Once enrolled, your dog’s space is held exclusively for them.
What’s Included
• 21 structured dates of immersive learning
• Clear routines designed to support behavioral growth
• One 90-minute transfer session (at pickup or within 7 days)
• One 60-minute virtual follow-up session within 2 weeks of program completion.
Returning Client Refresher Stays
For dogs who’ve completed the full 3-week program:
• $150 per date
• 3-date minimum
(Private booking link provided to graduates only)
These stays reinforce structure and help dogs return to rhythm after big life changes, transitions, or time away from routine.
Virtual, In-Person & Off-Site Coaching (Optional Add-Ons)
Available only to dogs who’ve completed the Boarding School program:
Virtual Coaching:
• 1 session – $85
• 2 sessions – $120
• 4 sessions – $200
(Zoom or Virtual Phone Call, customized to your dog’s training foundation)
In-Person Coaching at Sac Dog Central:
• Single session – $100
• 4-session package – $350
• 6-session package – $495
(Structured, skill-building sessions held at my training space)
Off-Site Coaching (Public or In-Home):
• Single session – $150
(Available by approval, travel fees may apply if over 10 miles from 95820)
These sessions are designed to help you maintain structure, troubleshoot new challenges, and continue developing your role as your dog’s teacher — without starting over.
Important to Know
• This is an educational experience — your dog is learning through daily routines and structure
• Your follow-through at home is essential for long-term success
• Veterinary care during the program is the owner’s responsibility — please leave billing instructions and a spending cap with your vet
• All tuition is non-refundable.
• Dogs must be up to date on vaccines or acceptable titers, and parasite prevention.
• Dogs with bite histories, fear-based reactivity, or aggression must be screened before enrollment
• I am not currently accepting behavior modification cases into the Boarding School program. However, if your dog has fear, anxiety, reactivity, or other concerns, you're still welcome to apply. If I believe your dog isn’t a good fit to stay in my home, I’ll be honest — and we can explore virtual coaching or an alternative plan that better supports both your dog and my current setup.

The goal is to help your dog begin making better choices — ones that support a cooperative, contributing, and connected life with you. I’ll lay the foundation, reset unhealthy patterns, and guide your dog through a structured experience that helps them process and respond more clearly.
They’ll return home with a new rhythm — and you’ll be given the support to keep it going.
