Muscle Building Programme
This is a 8 week long Muscle Building Programme, its designed to help you optimise your workouts and of course increase muscle mass. This programme is suited for both males and females!
In this programme includes information on muscles targeted, a log of weights used and 4 workouts a week. Including compound, isolation and progressive overload.
The split includes Lower (Glute and Hamstring focused), Upper (Push), Lower (Quadriceps and calves) and Upper (Pull).
This programme will require hard work, commitment and dedication for it to be most effective.
