• Avatars + Assets sold by Shuucheri can be used for Streaming purposes with proper credit given in your "About" section of your Profile.
• Assets sold by Shuucheri can be used on commercial or personal avatars, but not public, Nitro or Free avatars. You must link the asset used in your product description.
• If used on a commission, both the Creator AND the Client must own a valid licence for any Shuucheri products used.
• Avatars sold by Shuucheri are only for use within VRCHAT.
• Asset farming Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Re-selling and Re-distributing Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Price splitting/sharing with friends/trading/leaking Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Inputting, Feeding or using my work in any AI Appliance/system is prohibited.

• By buying Shuucheri products you are agreeing to being over the age of 18.
• By purchasing a product, you are agreeing you have submitted ONE PERSONS information, Whether that be yours or the person recieving the gift. Inaccurate or mixed information may result in a blacklist or withdrawal of products.
• By purchasing you are acknowledging that you have the adequate knowledge of Blender And/or Unity to use it.
• By Purchasing a Shuucheri Product, you are confirming that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used, and that the transaction was made by them. No Refunds will be given. 
• Shuucheri Products are strictly Digital. No Physical product will be shipped.
• Filing a Chargeback or unauthorized transaction claim after recieving and downloading any Shuucheri product may be considered fraudulent behaviour. All relevant evidence, including your agreement to these conditions, will be provided to the payment provider.

Shuucheri is not responsible for updating their products should they be damaged or faulty due to software updates. Should errors occur, products will be removed from sale as soon as they are recognised as damaged.

Due to the nature of Digital products, strictly no refunds will be given.
