When building your vision board, view yourself as a whole person. Mind + body + spirit. Your vision board must portray you as the person that is in possession of this dream. It is about your actions, your thoughts, your stance, your heart center. This is not about becoming number one, your life is not a race. This process is all about peeling back the layers, the stories, the embarrassment and shame to find the hidden gem; that is you and always has been.
