I understand how it feels to be trapped in the weight loss cycle. Here's a glimpse into my own journey:


For years, I battled with imposter syndrome, despite achieving great things in my career. I obtained a teaching degree, became a certified counsellor, and even launched a successful business. However, deep-seated limiting beliefs held me back, contributing to excess weight, self-sabotage, and feelings of inadequacy. I felt frustrated and lost, like I was hitting one roadblock after another, despite having big dreams for my life. While I excelled academically and in my career my self-esteem and emotional health remained abysmal.


I faced my childhood trauma head-on, navigated challenging personal relationships, and embarked on a journey of healing. Through it all, my connection with animals, particularly dogs, provided solace and inspiration.


During my career, I played a pivotal role in establishing a charity that provided foster placements for dogs of individuals fleeing domestic abuse. Witnessing the profound bond between these animals and their humans reaffirmed my belief in the power of unconditional love as the ultimate healer.


Driven by a passion for learning and growth, I sought wisdom from remarkable teachers and kindred souls who guided me along the path to self-discovery. Their support and insights were invaluable as I broke free from self-doubt and rediscovered my purpose. As I shed my past and rewrote my future the weight that I had been carrying as a shield of protection began to fall away.
