Strong Forever
At 43, someone told me the gym was for younger people. That my joints couldn't handle it, that I'd do myself more harm than good, that I should stick to walks and yoga. I ignored them. A year later I was stronger than I'd ever been in my life, my back pain had gone, I was sleeping better, and I felt more confident than I had in my 30s. Strong Forever was written because nobody should be told that strength has an expiry date. It doesn't. This programme is proof.
