Pattern uses universal terminology, all abbreviations are clearly explained in “Terminology and Abbreviations” section.

In US terms this pattern uses dc, sc, and ch to create the motif.

Yarn for the motif (calculated using DK yarn excl. border) approx.:

Colour A: 2256 m / 2467 yd

Colour B: 2277 m / 2490 yd

Crochet hook: 3 mm, tapestry needle, pair of scissors, stitch markers (optional)

ca. 10×10 cm (ca. 4×4 inches) = 18 stitches x 17 rows

Finished blanket (209 sts × 277 rows) approx.: 116 × 163 cm (ca. 46 × 64 in)
