These elegant lace gloves make a great accessory for garden parties and summer weddings.
SIZE
To fit 161⁄2(19:211⁄2)cm/61⁄2(71⁄2:81⁄2)” hand circumferences. The blocked gloves are approximately 151⁄4(173⁄4:201⁄4)cm/6(7:8)” around and 211⁄2cm/81⁄2″ long.
MATERIALS
25g of 2ply/laceweight yarn with approx 800 metres/874 yards per 100g (400 metres/437 yards per 50g).
The pictured sample was knitted with Rowan ‘Fine Lace’ in Porcelaine #928.
NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
2mm/US 0 needles for small diameter circular knitting. Adjust needle size as necessary to achieve specified tension.
TENSION/GAUGE
32 sts and 48 rows per 10cm/4″ in blocked Leaf Lace pattern.
